Every year, Pegasus Opera Company runs an opera mentoring programme. This bespoke programme will help you to hone your skills as a classical artist and help you plan your next steps as you navigate your way through the opera industry.

As well as being paired with mentors who have extensive experience in the classical world, you will have the opportunity to attend a masterclass with a leading opera artist.

The programme focuses on vocal technique, audition preparation and practice and career development advice.

We will offer a £300 bursary for each successful mentee to ensure there is no barrier in taking part.

Our latest application process is now closed.

Pegasus Opera Company partner with Glyndebourne for the 2021/22 Opera Mentoring programme.

Glyndebourne is committed to creating a fully inclusive and diverse workplace, both on and off stage, but while talent is everywhere, opportunity is not, so we are delighted to be working with Pegasus Opera, which has a long and impressive track record in creating opportunities for artists from a wide range of backgrounds.
